Research
Performed multiple (12 in total) interviews with stake holders, users, and affected co-workers.

Identify core user needs.
Insights:
For a dynamic and efficient WoW for the AS the request (of resource) functionality had priority to solve AS issues.
Aligned timeline view for Project/Resource.
Clearly identify changes and updates.
Users was used to the concept of calendars.
A MVP solution was drafted aligned to design guidelines.
Technical limitations was investigated and work-around found.
